摘  要:研究了超细碳酸钙填充聚乙烯(PE)及木粉填充PE复合体系,阻燃剂在提高体系阻燃性能的同时又不降低力学性能。共混在SLF-35B双螺杆挤出机中进行,用氧指数法测定阻燃性。This paper studied the influences of flame - retardants on the mechanical properties of PE composites filled with extra - fine powders of calcium carbonate and wood powder respectively. The experiments verified that the fillers raised the oxygen index of the PE composites and improved their flame - retardancy. Sb2O3 and DBDPO (bromine - based flame - retardant) exhibited good synergism in raising the flame - retardancy of the PE composites, but lowered their mechanical properties. The cross - link agent and modifier used in the PE composites compensated the loss in mechanical properties caused by addition of the flame - retardants, and furthermore, improved the flame - retardancy to a certain extent.
