摘 要:从润滑性能引起航天微电机结构温升的角度出发,基于SKF轴承摩擦力矩计算方法,使用MSC.MARC软件,计算了电机在运转和停机状态下各部件的温度分布情况.分析结果显示,由于轴承内圈温度高于端盖,润滑油向端盖扩散,轴承系统润滑性能降低,引起电机转速不稳定.通过在支架端面施加8W的温度补偿,可使轴承内圈温度始终低于轴承端盖温度.仿真和实验证明,施加温度补偿可使微电机的转速稳定性满足设计要求.In order to find a solution to the temperature rise of the main structures of micro space motors caused by lubrication,the temperature distributions of motor components in the status of rotating and stopping are computed based on the theory of SKF bearing friction moment,with the help of MSC.MARC.It is found that,in the rotating status,as the temperature of the inner rings is always higher than that of the covers,the lubricating oil may diffuse towards the covers,which results in the lubricity degradation of bearings and further results in the speed instability;and that a 8-W temperature compensation for the framework face may effectively cause the temperature of the inner rings to be lower than that of the covers.Simulated and experimental results show that,with temperature compensation,the motor rotates more stably and satisfies the speed stability requirements well.
