摘　　要：综述了动物抗寄生虫药物在国内外的最新研制以及使用现状,并对抗寄生虫药原料药、制剂、复方药物的研发前景作了展望,概括了新型抗寄生虫药物的研究途径,提出了21世纪新药研究的热点集中在作用于细胞内的核靶和多糖靶,同时先导物的设计也将成为热点。The development and use of antiparasitic drugs for animals were summarized,also a prospect for future drug development in raw materials,preparations,compound classes was reviewed,the methods of research and development of new antiparasitic drugs were included.Research on cell nuclear targets and polysaccharide targets and design of leading compounds would be viewed as the centre of attention in the 21st century.
