摘　　要：目的观察植物制剂舍尼通治疗前列腺增生的临床效果及对前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)的影响。方法将60例确诊为轻、中度前列腺增生的患者随机分为治疗组30例及对照组30例。治疗组用植物制剂舍尼通,对照组用西药葆利安,治疗6个月后观察两组的临床疗效、生活质量的改善情况、治疗前后两组的PSA值。结果治疗组和对照组均能有效治疗轻、中度前列腺增生,明显改善生活质量,两组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而治疗前后治疗组的PSA值无明显变化,对照组PSA值下降50%,两组的PSA值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论植物制剂舍尼通治疗轻、中度前列腺增生能明显提高患者的生活质量,克服葆利安对PSA的过度影响,安全、有效。Objective To observe effect of galenical preparation prostat tablets on treating patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） and the influence of galenical preparation prostat tablets on the patients prostate specific antigen（PSA）.MethodsSixty patients with BPH were devided into 2 groups randomly（group A and group B）.Group A took galenical preparation prostat tablets,group B took western medicine finasteride,observe and compare separately the therapeutic efficacy,the improvement of life quality,the value of PSA after 6 months.ResultsThe both medicine cured the patients with midst or light BPH,their life quality were improved evidently and there wasn＇t distinct difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The PSA＇s value of the group A wasn＇t change evidently after cured,while the PSA＇s value of the group B decreased 50%.There was diverse evidently in the value of PSA between the two groups（P〈0.01）.ConclusionGalenical preparation prostat tablets could cure the patients with the midst or light BPH,increase evidently the life quality of patients.Finasteride have side effects,however galenical preparation is safe and good for the patients.
