支撑喉镜声门区暴露困难的多因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨影响支撑喉镜下声门区暴露的相关因素,为术前评估提供参考。方法对53例声带息肉患者于支撑喉镜术前采集可能影响声门区暴露的相关临床数据,包括:性别、年龄、体重、甲颏间距、张口度、头颈屈伸度、舌背高度评估。建立数据库,结合患者支撑喉镜术中声门区暴露的情况对上述影响因素进行统计学分析。结果单因素分析显示体重、甲颏间距、头颈屈伸度、舌背高度评估与术中声门区暴露相关,差异有统计学意义。经多因素统计分析甲颏间距、头颈屈伸度、舌背高度评估与术中声门区暴露相关,差异有统计学意义。结论患者头颈部解剖特点影响支撑喉镜下声门区的暴露,术前可根据相关参数预测声门区暴露情况。Objective To explore the facts that influence the exposure of glottis area with suspend retaining laryngoscope.MethodsFifty-three patients with polyps of vocal cord were received operation with suspend retaining laryngoscope.The facts that influence the exposure of glottis area were collected and analysised.ResultsThe univariate and multivariate analyses showed TM,HNM,Mallampatis classification were statistically significant factors that influence the exposure of glottis area by suspend retaining laryngoscope.ConclusionBy studying the anatomic characters before operation,we could evaluated the exposure of glottis area with suspend retaining laryngoscope.
