摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶颗粒包覆技术在Ph(Zn1/3Nb3/3)O3基因溶体颗粒表面形成一层低熔硼硅包覆物,以包覆后的两种固溶体为高低温组元制备复相陶瓷.结果表明;颗粒包覆物可显著降低复相陶瓷的烧结温度,并有效抑制两相固溶反应,获得了低烧结温度、高介电常数。A novel sol-gel particle-coating technique was developed to form a thin glassy layer on the surfaceof PZN particles. Two types of powders with different Curie temperatures were used as hightemperature constituent and low-temperature one to prepare PZN--based composite ceramics. APZN-based diphasic ceramic with X7R character and high dielectric constant was successfully obtained at low sintering temperature. The results show that the particle-coating method is effectiveto lower sintering temperature of the composite ceramics and suppress the reaction between thetwo starting constituents.
