摘 要:利用环境扫描电子显微镜观察了FPS-B剂在溶液中的微观形态。采用稳态剪切和动态剪切实验,研究了不同质量浓度FPS-B剂的流变性和黏弹性,并进行物理模拟驱油实验。结果表明,FPS-B剂比高分子聚合物具有较好的增黏耐盐性、流变性和黏弹性。FPS-B剂质量浓度增大时,溶液的损耗模量和储存模量也相应增加,且两种模量曲线相交;当剪切速率低于该交点处的剪切速率时,溶液的储存模量大于损耗模量;相反,溶液的储存模量小于损耗模量。从分子结构和性质方面分析了产生这种化学现象的原因。岩心驱油实验结果表明,FPS-B剂不仅可以扩大波及体积,还有利于提高原油采收率。Microcosmic characteristics of the type-B functional polymer surfactant(FPS-B) agent in solution were examined by scanning electronic microscopy.The effect of the FPS-B agent in different mass concentrations on its rheological behavior,viscoelasticity and displacement was studied through steady and dynamic shear experiments and physical simulation of flooding.The results showed that compared with other macromolecular polymers in the same mass concentration,the FPS-B agent is better both in increasing viscosity and salt endurance and in rheological behavior and viscoelasticity.Moreover,the higher the mass concentration of the FPS-B agent,the greater the loss and storage modulus of the solution,and the modulus curves are intersected.When the shear rate is lower than that of the intersection,the storage modulus of solution exceeds the loss modulus;on the contrary,the storage modulus of solution is lower than the loss modulus.The cause of this chemical phenomenon was analyzed in terms of molecular structures and nature.Displacement experiments on cores have confirmed that the goal may be achieved by using the FPS-B agent to enhance sweep efficiency and oil recovery as well.
