壳聚糖整理无纺布抗菌效果的试验观察

摘　　要：目的观察壳聚糖整理的无纺布抗菌效果。方法采用振荡法,对不同浓度壳聚糖整理的无纺布抗菌性能进行了测定。结果该壳聚糖无纺布对金黄色葡萄球菌平均抑菌率为99.75%;对白色念珠菌平均抑菌率为81.63%。该壳聚糖无纺布对大肠杆菌基本没有抗菌作用。试验用三种指标菌的F值均符合国标GB/T 20944.3-2008要求,说明试验结果有效。结论用壳聚糖整理的无纺布对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌具有一定抑菌作用,但对大肠杆菌无抑制作用。Objective To know the antibacterial activity of non woven fabrics made from chitosan.Methods Shake flask method was used to carry out experimental observation of non woven fabrics made from chitosan with different concentration.Results The average antibacterial rate of the chitosan non woven fabrics against Staphylococcus aureus is 99.75%,and the average antibacterial rate against Candida albicans is 81.63%.The chitosan non woven fabrics have not antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli.The F-value of three bacterial indicator were all satisfied with the requirements of CHINESE STANDARD GB/T 20944.3-2008,which show the experiments were effective.Conclusions The chitosan non woven fabrics have certain antibacterial efficacy to Staphylococcus aureus and C.albicans,and not have antibacterial efficacy to E.coli.
