摘 要:目的了解地震灾区环境中细菌对含氯消毒剂抗性情况,为制定自然灾害消毒策略提供科学依据。方法采用肉汤稀释法,对地震灾区环境中分离的细菌对含氯消毒剂抗力情况进行了测定。结果含氯消毒剂对地震灾区消毒区域水中分离的大肠杆菌的MIC值为0.4~0.8 mg/ml,对灾区非消毒区域分离的大肠杆菌以及标准菌株的MIC值为0.5 mg/ml。含氯消毒剂对地震灾区土壤中分离的蜡样芽孢杆菌芽孢的MIC值为0.8~1.3 mg/ml,与其标准菌株芽孢基本一致。结论地震灾区环境中分离的大肠杆菌和蜡样芽孢杆菌芽孢对含氯消毒剂的抵抗力与标准菌株或标准菌株芽孢基本一致。Objective To know the resistance of bacteria from earthquake-stricken areas to chlorine-containing disinfectant and to provide a scientific basis for natural disasters policy making.Methods Broth dilution method was used to measure the resistance of bacteria from quake-stricken areas to chlorine-containing disinfectant.Results The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of Escherichia coli from water in disinfected earthquake-stricken areas by chlorine-containing disinfectant was 0.4~0.8 mg/ml,and the MIC of E.coli standard and its reference strain in non-disinfected quake-stricken areas was 0.5 mg/ml.The MIC of Bacillus cereus spores from soil in disinfected quake-stricken areas by chlorine-containing disinfectant was 0.8~1.3 mg/ml,which was nearly the same as its reference strains.Conclusions The resistance of E.coli and Bacillus cereus spores from earthquake-stricken areas to chlorine-containing disinfectant was nearly the same as its reference strain.
