摘 要:目的了解临床中低流量鼻导管吸氧过程中湿化瓶内细菌污染情况,探讨预防和控制污染的措施。方法用棉拭涂抹法作现场采样和细菌检测方法,对临床中低流量(≤4 L/m in)鼻导管吸氧≥24 h的湿化瓶与未湿化瓶污染情况进行了调查。结果采样持续吸氧8 h的湿化瓶120份,细菌污染率为49.2%;持续吸氧24 h的湿化瓶120份,污染率为57.5%。采样持续吸氧8 h的未湿化瓶120份,细菌污染率为35.0%;持续吸氧24 h的未湿化瓶120份,污染率为44.2%。检出的主要菌群为葡萄球菌、肠杆菌、芽孢菌和真菌。结论临床使用中氧气湿化瓶污染严重,湿化组污染率明显高于未湿化组,随着吸氧时间延长,污染加重。Objective To investigate bacterial contamination of oxygen humidifying bottles and explore the pollution prevention and control measures.Methods Cotton swab smear method was used for on-site sampling and bacterial detection to investigate bacterial contamination of humidified and un-humidified low-mid volume(≤4 liters) oxygen humidifying bottles with oxygen therapy by nasal cannula for more than 24 hours.Results Bacterial contamination rates of in-use oxygen humidified bottles by 8 hours and 24 hours were respectively 49.2% and 57.5% in 120 samples of each timing,while bacterial contamination rates of in-use oxygen un-humidified bottles by 8 hours and 24 hours were 35.0% and 44.2% respectively in 120 samples of each timing.Staphylococcus,Enterobacter,spores,and fungus were the main growth of bacteria.Conclusions Bacterial contamination of in-use oxygen humidifying bottles is serious.The contamination rate was significantly higher in humidified group than that in un-humidified group and the pollution was more serious as the duration extended.
