摘　　要：煤炭产业竞争力评价系统是一个信息不完备、不确切的系统。通过对煤炭产业竞争力因素的分析,构建了煤炭产业竞争力评价指标体系,在此基础上运用灰色系统理论建立了煤炭产业竞争力多层次灰色评价模型,并利用该模型对我国河北、河南、内蒙、陕西等四个地区煤炭产业的竞争力进行了综合评价,得到了满意的结果,为科学地评价某地区煤炭产业竞争力提供了理论依据。The evaluation system of the coal industrial competitive power is a information uncompleted and uncertain system.With the analysis on the factors of the coal industrial competitive power,an evaluation index system of the coal industrial competitive power was established.Base on the circumstances,the grey system theory was applied to establish a multi-level gray evaluation model of the coal industrial competitive power.With the model,a comprehensive evaluation was made on the coal industrial competitive powers of Hebei,Henan,Inner Mongolia and Shaanxi with satisfied results which could provide the theoretical bases to scientifically evaluate the coal industrial competitive power in the area.
