摘　　要：从挡渣球挡渣法、气动挡渣法到挡渣塞挡渣法的发展状况,评述了这几种挡渣技术在实际转炉挡渣过程中的原理、特点和效果。介绍了宝山钢铁股份公司采用新的挡渣工艺——转炉闸阀式挡渣技术的生产实际情况,应用结果表明,闸阀式挡渣效率大于95%。The present paper reviews the principle,characteristics and effects of several slag blocking technologies in practical slag blocking in the process of converter steelmaking in the course of development of the slag blocking technologies from the ball blocking method,pneumatic blocking method to the cypriot slag blocking method and introduces the actual application of the new slag blocking method ＂valve-type slag blocking＂ in Baosteel Co.,Ltd.The results of application show that the efficiency of the new slag blocking technology exceeds 95%.
