摘  要:根据首都钢铁股份有限公司第二炼钢厂生产的实际情况,初步分析了高拉碳法冶炼82B系列钢的过程控制。在分析了复吹转炉脱磷的热力学与动力学条件的基础上,利用吹炼前期低温的有利条件实现钢-渣充分脱磷、前期双渣后进行少渣冶炼、高碳出钢,以实现复吹转炉吹炼前期高效脱磷。出钢碳质量分数由原来的平均0.10%左右提高到0.34%左右,大于0.40%者达到50%。In light of the actual conditions of the converter production in No.2 Steelmaking Plant of Shougang the process control in refining 82B steel by high tapping carbon content is preliminarily analyzed.On the basis of analysis on the thermodynamics and dynamics conditions of dephosphorization in the combined top and bottom blown converter it's concluded that high efficient dephosphorization in the early combined blowing stage in converter can be realized by taking the advantages of low temperature in this stage to fully dephosphorize the liquid steel with single slag and then refine with double slags of small quantity and finally tap the liquid steel with high carbon content.The carbon quality fraction in tapping rises to about 0.34% from original 0.10% and the fraction over 0.40% reaches 50%.
