摘　　要：转炉污泥资源化处理较合理的循环模式是小循环模式,即将转炉污泥制成碱性球团直接返回转炉。分析了5种转炉污泥球团的制造工艺,从成品球的抗压强度、冷却效应、含水率、生产效率和生产成本5个方面进行了比较,指出中温焙烧工艺是较佳工艺。The reasonable circulation mode of the BOF waste sludge reutilization is the short circulation mode,namely at first transforming the converter waste sludge into alkali pellet and then charging it back directly to the converter.Five different technologies of pellet formation from the converter waste sludge have been analyzed.By comparison of the finished pellet in terms of crushing strength,cooling efficiency,hydrous ratio,productivity and production cost it＇s proved that medium temperature baking is the optimal technology.
