摘　　要：针对恩德粉煤气化生产运行中存在的问题:煤气中甲烷和二氧化碳含量高、原料煤干燥不适于生产需要、密相段料层过厚,提出相应改进措施,并讨论了入炉蒸汽量、二次风投用方式等工艺和操作的优化问题,以供同行生产厂家参考。Some problems exist in the Undok pulverized coal gasifier： the gas has high content of methane and CO2, drying the feed coal is difficult and the material layer at the dense flow section is too high. The paper gives some relevant suggestions and discussed the optimization of the process parameters concerning steam amount to be injected into the gasitier, the change of the way how the secondary air is applied.
