相对丰水区域水资源可持续利用规划模型研究

摘　　要：水资源可持续利用规划对于合理开发、利用与保护水资源,保障社会、经济和生态环境的持续协调发展具有重要作用。以社会效益、经济效益和生态环境效益所构成总效益为目标,统筹考虑人口、社会发展、经济、生态环境和水资源的依存关系,构建了基于可持续利用的相对丰水区域水资源规划模型。结合云南省水资源规划,对拟定3种方案下的水资源开发利用与经济、社会、生态环境协调发展状况进行了模拟研究。Water resources sustainable utilization programming has important significance for the reasonable utilization and protection of water resources and the sustainable harmonious development of society,economy and ecology environment.Taking total benefit,formed by social,economic and ecological environmental,as the goal,considering overall interdependence relations among water resources,population,social development,economy,and ecology environment,water resources programming model based on sustainable utilization for relatively abundant water region is constructed.Taking water resources programming of Yunnan Province as an example,the status of the utilization of water resources and the harmonious development of economical,social,ecological,environmental under 3 determined schemes are simulated.
