摘　　要：作者综述了二脂酰甘油酰基转移酶1(acyl-CoA:diacylglycerol acyltransferase 1,DGAT1)基因的定位、结构、生物学效应及其与经济性状的相关性,并对其应用前景进行了展望。The anthor reviewed the structure,location on chromosome and biological effects of DGAT1 gene.The related research between DGAT1 gene and economic traits was also introduced,and analyzed the future prospects.
