摘　　要：2009年,国家文化部出台了《省级图书馆评估标准》,并以此为依据,组织了对全国省一级图书馆的评估定级工作。论文将2009年省级图书馆评估标准与2004年的评估标准对比,找出其异同,分析其原因,得到新认识。In 2009,national Ministry of Culture issues＂The standard of provincial library＂.Based on this,work of defining the level of evaluation in provincial library of whole country were organized.This paper contrasts the standard of provincial library of 2009 with standard of 2004,finds out its similarities and differences,analyzes its reason and receives the new knowledge.
