摘　　要：论文对美国10所著名高校图书馆的FAQ服务进行了网上调研,从服务形式、网上位置、问题数量、栏目名称、检索功能等角度分析了美国高校图书馆FAQ服务的特点,并据此提出了对我国高校图书馆FAQ服务的启示。Adopting an internet-based research and survey method to study the FAQ services provided by the libraries of ten famed US universities,this paper analyzes the features of FAQ services of US university libraries in terms of service mode,network access locations,number of questions,column titles and indexing functions etc.,and hereby raises several suggestions regarding FAQ services provided by Chinese university libraries.
