红枣牛肉汤与肝浸液培养阴道滴虫比较

摘　　要：用自制红枣牛肉汤培养基培养疑似滴虫性阴道炎患者阴道拭子标本30份，与传统肝浸液培养基做对照。结果阴道毛滴虫在红枣牛肉汤培养基的阳性率较肝浸液培养基高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结果表明改良后的红枣牛肉汤培养基更适合于临床试验室中阴道滴虫的培养。To compare the cultivation effect of Trichomonas vaginalis with the traditional liver extraction medium and medium of homemade beef-red dates soup, 30 copies of vaginal swab specimens of suspected T. vaginitis patients were cultivated. The results showed that the positive rate of T. vaginalis cultivated with homemade beef-red dates soup is statistically higher （P 〈 0. 05） than that with the traditional method.
