摘 要:教学督导在教学各环节中发挥着管理、参谋、控制、示范、信息反馈、整合等作用,已成为许多高等院校教学质量监控的一种重要手段。在此从高等院校教学督导组织的性质、职能、形式及其运行机制和工作内容等方面的现状进行了分析与研究,并对提高教学督导组织的工作质量与效率进行了探讨。Teachingsupervision plays roles in the process ofteachingwith its features ofmanagement,reference,control,demonstration,feedback and integrity,and is considered as an important measurement of quality control in the teaching in higher institutions.In this study,the progression of organization of teaching supervision in higher institutions was addressed in several facets including its characteristics,function,pattern,working mechanisms and content.And it is also explored how to elevate quality and efficiency in the teaching of organization of teaching supervision.
