摘　　要：目的:介绍北京天坛医院药品物流现代化管理新模式,为我国医疗卫生改革提供借鉴。方法:介绍医院药库电子拣选设施设备,优化再造管理流程,以及入库、拣选、出库、药房收货、盘点的全程信息化操作流程。结果:引入现代医药物流理念和技术,开展现代药库管理,达到提高药品流转效率、提高药库存储能力、提升药学人员价值、保证人民用药安全、合理控制成本的效果。结论:把现代医药商业物流管理模式引入到医疗机构药库中,由医院和药品流通企业共同对百姓用药安全负责,是我国医疗卫生改革的重要方向。Objective： To introduce the new management mode of medicine flow in Beijing Tiantan Hospital, in order to provide reference for medical reform in China. Methods： To introduce hospital drug storehouse electronic sorting equipment, and to describe of the optimizing and recycling management process, as well as the entire information technology operation process of drug warehousing, picking, delivering pharmacy receipting and inventory. Results： The introduction of concepts and techniques of modem pharmaceutical logistics and carrying out modern storeroom management can achive the following results： improving the drug flow efficiency and storeroom storage capacity, enhancing the value of pharmacy personnel, ensuring patients＇ safety in medication and reasonably controlling the cost. Conclusion： Modem medicine business logistics management was introduced into the medical storeroom. Hospitals and pharmaceutical distribution companies jointly responsible for the safety of the people. It is an important direction for medical reform.
