对外伤性截瘫病人实施综合护理干预的实践与效果

摘　　要：[目的]探讨综合护理干预对截瘫病人负性情绪、社会支持及生活质量的影响。[方法]对45例截瘫病人实施综合干预,并于干预前后采用抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表、社会支持评定量表和生活质量指数评定量表进行评估。[结果]综合护理干预后,截瘫病人的焦虑、抑郁状态显著改善;病人社会支持和生活质量各指标评分均明显提高(P<0.05)。[结论]综合护理干预措施明显改善截瘫病人的负性情绪,提高病人的社会支持水平,全面提高病人的生活质量。Objective：To probe into the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative mood,social support and quality of life of patients with paraplegia. Methods：A total of 45 cases of paraplegia patients were carried out comprehensive intervention.And they were evaluated by adopting self-rating depression scale,self-rating anxiety scale, social support rating scale and quality of life index rating scale before and after the intervention.Results： After comprehensive intervention, the anxiety and depression state of paraplegic patients were improved significantly.The index scores of social support and quality of life of them were increased significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The comprehensive intervention can improve the negative mood,enhance social support level and the quality of life of patients with paraplegia roundly.
