普乐林和复方丹参治疗心绞痛的对照研究

摘　　要：为探讨普乐林治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。采用普乐林注射液500mg/d静脉滴注治疗2周,治疗前后均进行彩色多普勒超声心动图仪测定心功能指标与血液动力学参数。结果显示,普乐林治疗组心功能与血液动力学各项指标参数改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。表明普乐林有明显改善冠心病心绞痛患者心肌缺血的药效学作用。To investigate the clinical effect of pectoris of coronary heart disease. Injection puerarin wer given intravenouslly 500mg pen day for Two weeks. Examinations of heart functions and hemo - dynasticology were performed by color doppler ultrasound eguipment befone and of ten therapy. Results indicated that the pueromn therapy group is superior to control gnoup on inproving herat functions and hemo - dynasticology. Puerorin has excellenl effect of pharmacodynamics on inproving mgocardial ischemia in patients with angina pectoris of coro-narg heant disease.
