老年外伤性肠穿孔急诊诊查12例临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨老年外伤性肠穿孔急诊诊查的临床体会和方法。方法对我院2005年7月～2009年7月的12例老年外伤性肠穿孔患者急诊诊断和治疗情况进行回顾性分析。结果空肠穿孔6例,回肠穿孔5例,升结肠穿孔1例。急诊诊查的正确诊断率达100%。结论提高急诊诊断率,及时处理是提高外伤性肠穿孔治愈率的重要措施。Objective To explore the clinical experience and methods in the emergency checkups of traumatic intestinal perforation in elderly. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 12 cases of elderly traumatic intestinal perforation in our hospital from July 2005 to July 2009. Results The analysis results showed 6 cases of Jejunal perforation and ,5 cases of ileum perforation and 1 case of ascending colon perforation, and the correct diagnosis of emergency checkups was 100%. Conclusion An important measure to raise the cure rate of traumatic intestinal perforation is to improve the emergency diagnosis and timely treatment.
