经脐单孔法腹腔镜阑尾切除术138例临床分析

摘　　要：目的总结经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术临床体会。方法自脐孔置单孔腹腔镜将阑尾拖出体外进行常规方法切除。结果 138例患儿中121例行单孔法腹腔镜手术获得成功,13例改为两孔法、4例中转开腹。8例术后脐部感染。结论单孔法腹腔镜手术具有微创化、创伤小、痛苦少、康复快、隐蔽性及美容效果好等特点。Objective To summarize the treatment of experience of one-pore pull-through method in laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods Laparoscope introduced into abdominal cavity through the single umbilical port, and fininshed the appendectomy outside of abdomen. Results 121 cases were operated successfully,13 cases were coverted to two-pots, 4 cases were converted to laparotomy,8 cases had umbilical infection postoperative. Conclusion One-pore pull-through laparoscopic appendectomy is really microinvasive, reflected the characteristic of less wound, less pain, faster rescovery and good concealment and cosmetic results.
