摘　　要：通过武汉化学工业区循环经济规划工作,理解循环经济的概念、意义及开展循环经济的基础,同时对化学工业区循环经济规划中存在的问题进行思考。Based on the planning of the circular economy development in Wuhan Chemical Industry Zone,the concept,significance and base of circular economy development is discussed.At the same time,the problems existed are analyzed.
