摘　　要：我国城市轨道交通的快速发展需要大规模的资金投入,政府投资和政府担保的银行贷款这种单一模式不能满足资金需求。探索了多元化的投融资模式,积极吸引国内外民营资本能够有效解决资金紧缺的问题。介绍了公私合作(PPP)融资模式的特点和运作程序。在对比分析国内外应用实例的基础上,提出了在我国城市轨道交通中实施PPP融资模式的政策建议。Urban rail transit faces the capital and development dilemma,a key to solve this problem is to explore diversified financing channels and attract domestic private capital,therefore PPP model is a good choice.Based on the characteristics of urban rail transit,this paper introduces the PPP financing mode and its operating procedures,then points out the advantages of PPP mode applied in the construction of urban rail transit.In analyzing the application examples both at home and aboard,some suggestions are put forward,which can provide certain reference for urban rail transit construction.
