关于高校收费制度若干问题的探讨

摘　　要：收费制度是高校管理制度的重要组成部分。为建立完善的高校收费制度体系和实施机制,应准确把握国家相关政策,抓住突出矛盾和重点问题,妥善处理好理论成本与实际成本、政府监管与市场调节、财政投入与收费标准、招生政策与收费政策、公办高校收费与民办高校收费的关系。Tuition is a major component of management in universities.The writer of the paper,therefore,argues that the tuition system needs creative implementation in accordance with the national policies.Theoretical and practical costs,governmental supervision and market coordination,financial investment and tuition standard,recruitment policy and tuition policy,public and private schools should be coordinated.
