摘 要:万家寨引黄工程南干线供水区供水后,汾河流域原有地表水、地下水与引黄水融为不可分割的整体。为实现多种水源统一调度、统一管理、统一配置,需应用信息技术、自动控制技术和现代决策技术建设万家寨引黄工程南干线供水区水资源实时监控与调度系统。本文从系统建设范围、目标、原则、任务、系统组成、逻辑结构、功能设计及组织实施等方面进行了深入研究,将为下一步系统建设实施奠定基础。When the water from the south main line of Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project is supplied to its water-supply area, the existing surface water, ground water and the water diverted from the Yellow River are integrated together. In order to realize the integrated dispatching, management and allocation of all the three water sources, a water resources real-time monitoring and dispatching system for the water supply area of the south main line of Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project must be developed with the techniques of information, automatic control and modern decision-making, and then the scope, goal, principles, tasks, system structure, logical structure, functional design, organization, execution, etc. for construction of such a system are deeply studied herein, so as to lay a better basis for constructing the system concerned.
