摘  要:对佛子岭水库大坝喷射钢纤维混凝土进行现场试验,基于室内试验,在初步分析喷射钢纤维混凝土原材料和不同配合比混凝土特性的基础上,通过现场试喷,针对现场实际情况调整配合比,对有关指标进行测试,通过对试验中测试的各项控制指标的分析研究,不断优化施工工艺,合理选取了适合本工程要求的喷射钢纤维混凝土配合比和施工工艺,达到了满意的效果。A site test on the jet steel-fiber concrete for the strengthening of the dam of Fuziling Reservoir is made ; from which the characteristics of the raw material and the different mixing ratios for the jet steel-fiber concrete are preliminarily analyze herein based on the laboratory test concerned. On the basis of this, the relevant indexes of the concrete are tested for the adjustment of the mixing ratio under the site condition through the site experimental jetting. From the analysis and study made on all the control indexes tested in the test, the construction technology is continuously optimized and the mixing ratio for the concrete met with the requirement of the project is reasonably selected as well. The practice shows that a satisfactory effect is obtained in this project.
