摘　　要：采用WG-1型机头的设计方案,设计了电焊条螺旋涂敷机机头,解决了定中管及焊芯受斜向推力而摆动的问题。具体说明了螺旋轴直径、转速、功率、螺旋轴与机身内壁间的间隙以及螺旋轴其他尺寸的确定方法。Using the design scheme of WG-l-type nosing, the nosing of sptral model coating machine to solve the swing problem of centering device and welding core caused by the diagonal thrust were designed, Showing specifially the computer methods of screw axis diameter, speed, power, distance between the screw axis and the inner walland others.
