摘　　要：随着煤矿向高产高效方向的发展,采煤机的牵引力和牵引速度也在相应增大,对齿轨轮强度的要求越来越高。为解决齿轨轮因断齿而失效问题,对双联齿轨轮的断口进行了分析,找出其断齿失效的主要原因,并进行了技术攻关。As the coal mining industry is developing with the orientation for great production and high efficiency, the power of the shearer＇s traction and its speed are both increasing correspondingly and thus the requirement for the strength of gear wheel tracks becomes higher. To solve the problem of the inefficacy of the gear wheel tracks due to its broken gear teeth, some analysis is made on the fracture of the double-rail wheel tooth to find the main reasons for this kind of failure. After that, the technological problems are addressed in the end.
