摘　　要：论述了电动机Y-△降压启动控制的工作原理、设计要求,设计了PLC梯形图的软件设计代替电气控制的硬接线的逻辑控制电路,并进行了控制方法和程序的分析。采取可编程控制器控制电动机Y-△降压启动有效改善原有启动方式复杂的控制回路的接线。The ladder diagram designed by PLC instead the hard-wired logic control circuit of the electrical control according to the electric motor＇s step--down of voltage starting Y-△ operating principle and its design requirements. And the control methods and procedures are analyzed. The complex duct pilot wiring of the original start-up mode have been improved effectively by using the PLC controlling the electric motor＇s step-down of voltage starting Y-△.
