长线传输驱动带式输送机的应用分析

摘　　要：随着带式输送机的功率不断增加,CST驱动和防爆变频驱动带式输送机无法适应这一发展趋势。同忻煤矿在国内首次采用了基于罗宾康完美无谐波变频器的长线传输驱动带式输送机。分析了长线传输驱动的电机侧过电压问题,并给出了解决方案。Along with belt conveyer＇s power continuous increase, the CST drive or flame-proof inverter drive type of beh-conveyer are unable to adapt to this development trend. The Tongxin mine has used the long motor leads on belt conveyer which based on robicon perfect harmony inverter for the first time. The problem of the high voltage which occurs at the motor terminal is analyzed, and solutions are provided.
