摘 要:目的研究淫羊藿苷在斑马鱼牙齿发育期间对其钙磷沉积的影响。方法 1月龄斑马鱼随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组常规饲养,实验组于饲养的水中加入淫羊藿苷液。45d后取斑马鱼的第五鳃弓,对其上的牙齿进行扫描电镜观察和微量元素能谱分析。结果与对照组相比,实验组中牙齿冠1/3和中1/3的Ca含量显著升高,P含量显著降低,Ca/P比值显著升高。结论淫羊藿苷对牙齿发育中的钙磷沉积有一定的影响。Objective To investigate the effects of Icariin on the biomineralization of tooth development in zebrafish.Methods One-month-old zebrafish were divided into two groups randomly.The experimental group was given Icraiin.After 45 days,the pharyngeal arch skeleton was dissected from the zebrafish.The tooth was observed under the scanning electron microscope and the spectrum analysis was made.Results Compared with the control group,the content of Ca of the crown 1/3 and the middle 1/3 of the tooth increased,the content of P reduced and the ratio Ca/P increased in the experimental group.Conclusions There are significant differences between the two groups in the content of Ca,P,and the ratio Ca/P .Icraiin may influence the biomineralization of tooth development in zebrafish.
