摘　　要：目的分析房间隔脂肪瘤样肥厚(lipomatous hypertrophy of the interatrial septum,LHIS)的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)表现和诊断价值。资料与方法搜集7328例行胸部或心脏MSCT扫描检查的患者资料,以房间隔内厚度≥20mm且呈脂肪密度影为诊断标准。回顾性分析其中符合标准的15例LHIS患者的影像资料。结果 15例CT表现均有房间隔边界清楚无强化的脂肪密度影,房间隔平均厚度为27mm。结论 LHIS的MSCT表现具有特征性,可作为重要的诊断手段。Objective To analyses the MSCT appearances of lipomatous hypertrophy of the interatrial septum.Materials and Methods We collected the data of 7328 patients who underwent MSCT of the thorax or heart.LHIS was defined as the presence of a fatty mass within the cardiac interatrial septum and with the thickness ≥ 20 mm.The imaging aspect of 15 patients with LHIS were retrospectively studied.Results MSCT images revealed non-enhanced tumors of fat attenuation with sharp margin in the interatrial septum.The average thickness of the interatrial septum was 27 mm.Conclusion The characteristic features of LHIS could be shown by MSCT.MSCT scanning was a useful method to diagnose LHIS.
