摘　　要：目的探讨颅脑外伤后延迟性脑梗死的诊断、治疗措施及预后。方法对我院收治的20例颅脑损伤合并外伤性脑梗死患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果良好11例,中残3例,重残2例,植物生存2例,死亡2例。结论了解发病机理、警惕脑梗死的出现、及早做出诊断、进行积极有效的综合治疗是改善患者预后、提高生存质量、减少医患纠纷的关键。Objective To discuss the cause of disease,diagnosis and control methods of traumatic cerebral infarction.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data on traumatic brain injury with traumatic cerebral infarction in 20 patrients.Results Comeback all right 11 cases,moderate deformity 3 cases,acute defority 2 cases,vegetative stage 2 cases and 2 patients died.Conclusion Understanding of the pathogenesis,to guard against the emergence of cerebral infarction,earlydiagnosis,positive and effective comprehensive treatment are the keys of improving curative effect and the quality of life.
