摘　　要：文章论述了印本时代和网络时代的宏观文献信息资源建设的各自特征和模式,网络时代文献信息资源建设的新的价值观念,以及当代文献信息资源建设应注意的一些问题。This paper analyzes the characteristics and mode of literature information resources construction in print and network era. And it also analyzes the new values of literature information resources construction in network era and some problems of it.
