Relation of Angiographically Defined Coronary Obstructive Lesions to Serum Lipoprotein Subfractions and Other Risk Factors

摘  要:作者为103例冠脉造影病人作了血清脂蛋白测定以分析冠脉狭窄病变(冠脉病变)与血清脂蛋白亚型及其他易患因素的关系。造影提示冠脉正常者47例,男32,女15。平均年龄55±7岁。造影提示冠脉有不同程度病变者56例,男50,女6。平均年龄58±9岁。多因素逐步回归分析的结果表明不论是病变支数或病变严重度均与血清HDL_2-C呈负相关,与血清LDL-C呈正相关,如结合其他易患因素进行分析,则增加与年龄、吸烟呈正相关。上述结果提示随着年龄增长,吸烟及血清中HDL_2-C降低和LDL-C增高将促使和增加冠脉粥样硬化病变的发生和发展。Serum lipoprotein subfractions of 103 subjects undergoing angiography were examined in order to analyse the relationship between coronary obstructive lesions and the lipoprotein subfractions as well as other risks factors. Among these subjects, 47 showed normal coronary arteries, including 32 males and 15 females, with an average age of 55±7.56 showed coronary obstuctive lesions of various degrees, including 50 males and 6 females, with an average age of 58±9. Multifactor regressive analysis revealed that the number of vessels involved and the severity of lesions were in negative correlation with serum HDL_2-C and in positive correlation with serum ageing and smoking. We conclude that ageing and smoking together with lowered serum HDL2-C and elevafed LDL-C levels promote the occurrence and development of coronary atherosclerosis.
