公民媒体与我国公共领域的建构

摘　　要：分析了BBS、网络博客、移动博客、播客、维基技术等公民媒体的出现与发展,认为公民媒体不仅是对传统大众媒体新闻信息传播的一种颠覆,也使得网络公共领域的内涵得以丰富,外延得以扩大,公民媒体为中国公共领域建构创造了基础和条件,但距哈贝马斯心目中的理想的公共领域还有一定的距离;目前,需要培育网民理性精神,养成宽容、超越的气度,从而进一步提高网民整体素质。The paper holds that along with the appearance and development of internet BBS, blog, cell phone blog, v - blog, Wikipedia and some other civics media, news and information prom ulgating of traditional mass media is being toppled down, and the connotation of public domaia on internet is enabled to be enriched and the external extension to be enlarged. Civics media have created the groundwork and conditions for the establishment of public domain in our country, but there is still a certain distance away from the ideal one in the mind of Juergen Habermas. At present, it is needed to foster the spirit of nous, and develop exceeding tolerance of the netizen in order to further enhance the quality of entire netizen.
