摘 要:针对目前钢铁企业蒸汽管网系统利用率不高的现实,提出蒸汽梯级利用的方法.对不同参数蒸汽运用热力学原理,采用分析和能分析方法对蒸汽利用过程中减温减压的能质损失、一次使用后高参数蒸汽和冷凝水能量损失进行热力学和经济性分析,提出减少损失的方法,以提高蒸汽利用率.Aiming at the subsistent problems of low energy utilization rate in large steam networks in iron & steel corporations, a method of steam cascade utilization was put forward. Based on the thermodynamics theory, the exergy and energy analyses were employed to clear the energy quality loss in the process of reducing temperature and pressure and to know the energy loss of the emissioned steam and the condensed water in order to find the way to improve the energy utilization. The result is of practical significance for enhancing the thermal efficiency and economic performance of the pipe network in engineering applications.
