摘 要:为了得到电磁喷油器针阀开启滞后时间及针阀落座滞后时间,从电磁喷油器的结构和工作原理出发,分析了电磁喷油器的喷射过程,推导了喷油器针阀开启及落座滞后时间的数学表达式.研究了电磁喷油器通电后线圈电流的变化规律,利用在喷油器针阀完全开启或完全落座时刻,电流曲线上会出现拐点的特点,设计了测试拐点出现时刻的检测电路,并利用80C196单片机开发了电磁喷油器开启及落座滞后时间测试系统.实际测试结果表明,该测试系统对针阀开启滞后时间的测试精度达到0.87%,对落座滞后时间的测试精度达到1.14%,满足电磁喷油器开发过程中动态性能检测的需要.In order to gain the opening lag time( ta1 )and the closing lag time( ta2 ) of electromagnetic injectors, the injection process was analyzed based on the structure and the operation principle of an injector and the mathematical expressions for the needle valve opening and closing lag times were deduced to instruct the performance improvement of the electro manetic injectors. The evolution law of the coil current with the injector powered on was analyzed in detail and according to the charateristic that a turning point will appear on the coil current curve at the moment of needle valve thorough opening and closing, the detecting circuit to measure the turning points was designed and a detecting system based on 80C196 microprocessor was developed to measure the opening and closing lag times of electromagnetic injectors. The test results show that the error of td1 was 0.87 % and the error of t d2 was 1.14 %. These detecting precision can meet the dynamic detecting requirements for electromagnetic injectors.
