摘  要:采用离子凝胶法制备了一种新的壳聚糖-g-聚丙烯酸/埃洛石/海藻酸钠(CTS-g-PAA/HT/SA)凝胶小球。研究了HT含量对载药凝胶小球的溶胀性、包封效率和释放性能等的影响;同时也讨论了凝胶小球的pH敏感性和双氯芬酸钠(DS)的释放行为。结果表明:HT含量对载药凝胶小球的溶胀率、包封效率和累积释放率有明显的影响,在HT含量为30%时,溶胀率、包封效率和12h累积释放率分别达到32.84%、91.07%和100%;另外,载药凝胶小球具有较好的pH敏感性;在pH=2.1的释放介质中DS几乎不释放,而在pH=6.8的释放介质中缓慢释放;DS释药机理为溶胀控释。A novel hydrogel bead,chitosan-g-poly(acrylic acid)/ halloysite /sodium alginate,was prepared by the ionic gelation method.Effects of halloysite content on swelling property,encapsulation efficiency and drug release for drug loaded in the composite hydrogel beads were investigated.A pH-sensitive and the release kinetics of diclofenac sodium from the hydrogel beads were also studied.The results indicated that the halloysite content obvious influenced the swelling ratio,encapsulation efficiency and diclofenac sodium cumulative release of the diclofenac sodium-loaded hydrogel beads.The biggest swelling ratio was 32.84,the encapsulation efficiency was 91.07 % and the cumulative release after 12h was 100% when HT content was 30%.In addition,the hydrogel beads had good pH-sensitive.Diclofenac sodium(DS)in the hydrogel beads was hardly released in pH 2.1 buffer solution,but slowly in pH 6.8 phosphate buffer solution.The drug release behaviour of the composite hydrogel beads in pH 6.8 PBS was swelling-controlled mode.
