摘  要:作者用自行标记的^(125Ⅰ)-(±)心得静作特异配基测定家兔外周血淋巴细胞β-肾上腺素能受体(β-AR)在糖皮质激素作用前后的变化情况。实验测得正常情况下家兔血淋巴细胞β-AR最大结合容量Bmax=1.36±0.36 fmol/10~6cells,KD=0.16±0.04nM,n=5。注射氢化泼尼松后Bmax=2.11±0.36fmol/10~6cells,KD=0.17±0.02nM,T检验表明两组Bmax值有显著差异,而KD无显著差异;停药三周复测,Bmax=1.22±0.22fmol/10~6cells,KD=0.18±0.07nM,表明已恢复到用药前的水平。The effect of prednisolone on beta-adrenoceptors of rabbit circulating lymphocytse was studied with ^(125)I-pindolol binding assay.24 hours after a single muscular dose(2 mg/kg)of prednisolone, the density of binding sites RT was significantly higher than before injection (2.11±0.36, 1.36±0.36 fmol/10~6 cells respectively), It returned to normal range three weeks later (1.22±0.22fmol/10~6 cells). The equilibrium dissociation constant KD showed no marked change throughout the experiment. Since it is well known that glucocorticoids can increase the density of visceral beta-adrenoceptors, the result of this study provides an evidence that the changes of beta-adrenoceptors on circulating lymphocytes may reflect those in visceral tissues.
