摘 要:特布他林(间羟舒喘灵,Terbutaline,TB)系一种选择性β2受体激动剂,有松弛支气管平滑肌,抑制内源性痉挛物质的释放及内源性介质引起的水肿等功能。临床上已广泛用于治疗支气管哮喘、慢性支气管炎、肺气肿和其它伴有支气管痉挛的肺部疾病。已报道测定特布他林的方法有色谱法。A novel and simple spectrophotometric method for the determination of terbutaline with potassium ferricyanide as a chromogenic reagent is established in this paper.It is based on the fact that Fe(III)is reduced to Fe(II)by terbutaline at pH 4.00 in the presence of potassium ferricyanide and Fe(II)reacts with potassium ferricyanide to form the dissoluble prussian blue.Beer's law is obeyed in a range of 0.06 ~ 8 μg·ml-1.The equation of linear regression is A=0.05417+0.15575C(μg·mL-1),with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.9988.The molar absorption coefficient is 8.5×104 L·mol-1·cm-1.The detection limit is 0.04 μg·mL-1,and the recovery rate is in the range of 99.0% ~ 102.7%.Furthermore,the method has been validated and successfully applied to the determination of terbutaline in pharmaceutical samples.
