摘　　要：近年来,中西部城乡一体化建设步伐不断加快,但仍然面临诸多制约因素。适逢金融危机和产业转移的双重背景下,大量农民工返乡创业给中西部城乡一体化建设带来新的机遇。各级政府要在农民工创业指导、培训、环境以及财政和金融等方面给予帮助和扶持,科学引导农民工返乡创业与中西部城乡一体化的协调发展。In these years,the pace of integration of rural and urban areas is getting faster,but still many hindering factors are standing in its way.Recently it comes to a new opportunity when a lot of farmer-workers return home to start business in the financial crisis and in the tide of industrial transfer.In order to coordinate farmer-workers’ re-starting business and rural-urban integration,governments of different level should offer help in terms of business guiding,work training,environment improving,and financial assistance.
