摘  要:目的观察石菖蒲水提取成分对大鼠脑皮质NMDA、M受体与其配体结合的影响。方法提取脑皮质受体后,加入相应的石菖蒲提取成分,运用放射配基结合分析法检测NMDA、M受体与其相应配体的的结合。结果石菖蒲挥发油、去油水煎液、β-细辛醚均能拮抗NMDA受体与3H-MK 801的结合,但对M受体与3H-QNB的结合无影响。结论石菖蒲水提成分能拮抗大鼠脑皮质NMDA受体与其配体的结合,该作用可能是其醒脑开窍、治疗脑损伤的重要药理机制之一。Objectives To observe effects of water-extract of Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii on the bindings of rats cere-bral cortical NMDA or M receptors with their ligands.Methods We extracted rats' cerebral cortical receptors firstly,and then added extracts of Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii into receptors.Finally we detected changes of cerebral NMDA or M receptors binding with their ligands by radioligand binding assay.Results β-asarone,volatile oil and deoiling de-coction of Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii all inhibited the binding of NMDA receptor with 3H-MK-801,but had no effect on the binding of M receptor with 3H-QN-B.Conclusion Extracts of Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii can inhibit the binding of NMDA receptor with its ligand,which may be one of its pharmacological mechanisms in curing cerebral injury.
