数字X线摄影评价生脉成骨胶囊对兔股骨头坏死的促成骨作用

摘　　要：目的探讨X线检查评价生脉成骨胶囊与动脉灌注川芎嗪联合用药对兔股骨头坏死促成骨的疗效。方法新西兰大白兔股骨头坏死模型经生脉成骨胶囊灌胃给药与动脉灌注不同剂量川芎嗪联合用药,观察各组髋关节区血管生成及股骨头坏死修复程度的X线表现。结果数字X线摄影(DR)血管造影片显示,各实验组新生血管数量增多,管径增大,坏死股骨头均表现骨小梁增粗,增多,股骨头塌陷程度不同,以动脉灌注川芎嗪组坏死骨修复程度最佳。结论生脉成骨胶囊具有促成骨疗效,与动脉灌注川芎嗪联合用药疗效更佳。Objective To observe the osteogenesis of Shengmai Chenggu Capsules （SCC）combined with arterial perfusion of ligustrazine on rabbit femoral head necrosis by the method of digital radiography（DR）. Methods New Zealand white rabbits with femoral head necrosis were given gastric garage of SCC combined with arterial perfusion of ligustrazine in various dosages. The angiogenesis in hip joint area and the repair of femoral head necrosis were observed by DR method. Results DR angiogram film showed the number and the diameter of neoformativ vessels increased, bone trabecula of the necrotic femoral head became thickening and multiple, and the improvement of the femoral head collapse degree varied in different experiment groups. The group of ligustrazine arterial perfusion had the best effect on the recovery of necrotic bone. Conclusion Shengmai Chenggu Capsules has promoting osteogenesis effect, and the effect is enhanced when combined with arterial infusion ligustrazine.
