摘 要:目的观察补肾通络中药对去卵巢大鼠骨丢失的抑制作用。方法将60只雌性SD大鼠随机分为3组:假手术组、模型组、补肾通络中药组,采用摘除双侧卵巢法建立大鼠骨质疏松模型,于术后1个月开始给药,连续给药3个月,观察补肾通络中药对去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠骨密度、骨生物力学及骨代谢相关血清生化的影响。结果 3个月后,补肾通络中药可显著增加大鼠股骨与腰椎的骨密度(0.153±0.012 g/cm2,0.187±0.012/g/cm2)、改善股骨骨生物力学(153.2±13.5/N,361.3±21.1/N.mm-1,44.1±9.6/mJ)及腰椎骨生物力学(193.3±23.1/N,765.1±83.3/N.mm-1,42.3±8.5/mJ),同时提高血清ALP的水平(198.9±7.7/U.L-1)。结论补肾通络中药可提高去卵巢实验性骨质疏松大鼠的骨密度、骨生物力学及血清ALP的水平,有明显的治疗骨质疏松作用。Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of kidney-invigorating and meridian-dredging Chinese herbal medicine (KMCHM)on bone loss in ovariectomized rats sham-operation group, model group and KMCHM group Methods Sixty female SD rats were divided into 3 groups: We established rat osteoporotic model by removing the bilateral ovaries. One months after the operation, KMCHM was given to the model group for 3 continuous months, and then we observed the effect on bone mineral density (BMD), bone biomechanics (BB)and bone metabolism-related serum biochemical parameter after treatment. Results After treatment, KMCHM significantly enhanced BMD of femur and lumbar vertebrae (0.153±0.012 g/cm2 and 0.187±0.012/g/cm2 respectively), and improved BB of femur (153.2± 13.5/N, 361.3±21.1/N·mm-1, 44.1±9.6/mJ )and BB of lumbar vertebrae (193.3±23.1/N, 765.1±83.3/N·mm-1, 42.3± 8.5/mJ). At the same time, KMCHM elevated the serum level of alkaline phosphatase (ALP)(198.9±7.7/U·L^-1). Conclusion KMCHM can increase BMD, improve BB and elevate the serum ALP level, showing an obvious therapeutie effect on osteoporosis.
